Yoga is most prestigious field of spiritualism. People think about 6 Chakras or lotus flowers present in spinal card, which are not seen by eyes. They are imaginary & carry some inner meaning. When you say a face as a moon, fools search for moon in that face. But, wise people see similarity in face & moon. Similarly, wheels & lotus flowers should not be searched in spinal card. Spinal card is main nerve, representing mind, which is base of love.
All these wheels or lotus flowers are bonds of love in various relatives like parents, wife or husband, children etc. They are compared to wheels or the revolving whirlpools in the ocean, which attract a swimmer & drown him. Similarly, these love wheels are compared to lotus flowers, since the lotus flowers attract the bee by sweet fragrance & bind it. Similarly, these love flowers attract any one & bind them. Kundalini is the mind which is energy traveling as waves like a serpent, should cross all these love wheels connected to 7th lotus flower in the head called Sahasrara, which is Buddhi or intelligence that takes decision, which is the firm love on God.
Gita is called as main scripture of Yoga (Yoga Sastra).Why there is no single reference to these wheels or lotus flowers anywhere in Gita or even in Upanishats?Since they are not real,they are not even mentioned. The author of Gita was Krishna is called Yogeswara.Krishna also says that the real yoga was lost since long. In beginning, Sages in India knew real yoga & loved God crossing all their family bonds. In due course of time, this true yoga was lost. Why? Middle age Indians were unable to cross family bonds & failed in Yoga.
They wanted to cover the inability by twisting concept of yoga. Family bonds were removed from concept & wheels or lotus flowers are left fixed. Now, they close eyes & say that they have seen lotus flowers, which are imaginary & cross these wheels by imaginary Kundalini & say that they have succeed in yoga.

Our mind has two functions. It sustains life and makes choices. Our Choice Making Mind (CMM) exists in 351 versions. Think of it like a human software operating system that operates our nervous and hormonal (endocrine) systems, which, in turn operate the rest of us and take all our decisions. You can also think of it as 351 versions of your mindset. We use one version at a time and these tend to change every 30-40 days, depending on our environment and our resolve.
Everything we do we, we do use our Attention and Energy. In fact your attention and energy are the two sides of the same coin. You choices follow your attention at the level of your mind, and your actions use energy at the level of your body.
If you pay more attention to your emotions, your energy gets wasted in excessive feelings or over thinking. This can also lead to illness. This automatically reduces the energy available for learning, discipline, problem-solving etc. On the other hand, if you give more attention and energy to learning and problem solving, you automatically manage your emotions and thinking better.
