Everything in creation is tied to time, depending on the dimension it exists in..writes Yogi Ashwini Ji of Dhyan Ashram
In some dimensions, time moves fast and in others it moves slower. This is determined by the speed of light. If you move with the speed of light, in every half an hour, you would move one hour—which means an hour would have passed in the life of others. Hence a dimensional change has occurred within you.

There are thousands across the globe who will stand up and say that they were fooled by a spiritual guru. Why is all this happening? Why are the spiritual gurus corrupt? If you look at the biographies of the spiritual heads who appear on television these days, you will find that most are those who failed in their physical life and so took upon the saffron robe for name, fame, money or all of them. The Navaratra fast is not just about doing without food, it’s a purification ritual, says Yogi Ashwini of Dhyan Ashram
During the navaratras or nine sacred nights, fasts are observed for purification as well, both ethereal and physical. Navaratras are observed twice a year and mark the transition in seasons, winter-summer and summer-winter. According to ayurveda, during this time, one should consume nourishing foods in minimal quantities to rid the body of toxins accumulated during the rains.
Navratras are the nine nights of devi. That devi, which resides in every being as shakti. Everything manifests as a union of Shiv and shakti. Shiv without shakti is a shav (corpse). Just like a car cannot run without fuel, no aspect of creation can run without shakti. Shakti is the propelling force, pure energy writes Yogi Ashwini of Dhyan Ashram , in Speakingtree
Navratri is time when one sees long queues of people outside temples waiting for their turn to make their request before God. Whenever we pray, we ask for pleasure, how many of us ask for pain? Pleasure and pain go hand in hand writes Yogi Ashwini of Dhyan Ashram.
Each of these nine days has a specific purpose. During Navratri the weather changes, that is, various energies of this creation move from imbalances towards a new equilibrium.
A Yog Guru does not predict your future, give prescriptions, read and memorize texts, deliver lectures, cure diseases or perform magic. He simply carries you on the journey of the spirit, putting you on the path of improving your karmas and wiping off the dust that you have so accumulated, to self-realisation and in turn, union with the supreme."
Yogi Ashwini of Dhyan Ashram
