Laws of nature

Fundamental Philosophies and Theories

We are aware of the laws of land i.e Indian Penal Code, Cr.P.C, Indian Evidence Act etc. These laws come under judicail purview and become applicable when somebody perpetrates the laws commits a gruesome act. But why does a person commit an offence ? What prompts him to don an attire soaked in blood ?

The laws of land come into prominence when an individual contravenes laws of nature or we can say modes of nature which are inherent in a person. The modes of nature or laws of nature are Sato Guna, Rajo Guna and Tamo Guna. There is not a single person on earth who is not bound by three laws of nature . An individual's conduct , actions and overall persona is influenced by these three modes of nature.
A person in Sato Guna would always be pious. His/her actions would be exemplary and envisioned in welfare for all. The characteristics of Sato Guna emit light of righteousness.

An individual influenced by Rajo Guna would always be self centred, greedy and malevolent . A rajoguni person would indeed work rigorously and would go to any extreme to fulfill his/her unaccomplished aspirations even if it is by harming others. Such a person would conduct Yagna but for self centred purposes and aiming for supremacy in the society. The influence of Rajo Guna would always keep the person live in unrestrained passion , anger and desires.

A person in Tamo Guna would always live in darkness of unrighteousness. In a state of Tamo Guna , the cognitive strength of a person is eliminated. There would be a complete cerebral blackout. A captive of Tamo guna would rigidly treat unrighteous karma as righteous . He /she would live under the intoxication of false notions and would always think of committing malicious karmas like robbery, murder and other ghastly acts. A tamo Guni would eventually find himself/herself under imprisonment not necessarily jail but in an enslavement of one's own despitefull and reprehensible karmas.

Satvil Guna - Piousess, positive thinking and a vision for welfare of humankind.
Rajo Guna - Self centric, greedy, always under dangerous dilemma and malevolent.
Tamo Guna __ Highly aggressive , always perform unrighteous Kamra by ill treating others, always a menace to create disharmony in family and society.

These three modes of nature perpetually compete against each other influencing a person's conduct. In Bhagvad Geeta , Lord Krishna stated to raise to the state of Sato Guna and gradually with sheer devotional service and surrender , cross the periphery of all these laws of nature. So, introspect and always evaluate to know about the mode of nature.
