Work according to the three modes of nature

A person who works in the mode of satvik Guna not only receives laurels for his endeavours but also inspires others to perform their respective duties by remaining in the zone of Satvik guna.

A rajo guni worker is a person who would get attached to every effort he exercises dreaming for favourable results even if the quality of work stays abysmal. Such a person would always dream of enjoying the comforts of material luxuries. This person would indeed work but with an intensifying desire for the fruits of actions. He would be greedy to acquire more wealth and would carry an impure mind replete with dirty complexes.

A rajo guni worker would be envious if he sees another person rise in financial stature and image. Such a person would always be restless after experiencing the vicissitudes of life in the dress of sorrow or even joy. Swimming in the ocean of desires, a rajo guni would lead a life enduring enormous struggle.

A tamo guni ( mode of ignorance ) worker would always wield the propensity to denounce the maxims of scriptures denying its sacred existence. Such a person would be a core materialistic, contumacious and a censorious who would not leave a single stone unturned to ridicule and cause harm to others in order to fulfill his vested interests.

A Tamo guni would be irascible, lazy at work. The person would always stay morose and annoyed for being unsuccessful to gain maximum desires. He would have a tendency to procrastinate matters at his work place or even at household. Carrying an apathetic mindset, a tamo guni would be least interested to work and earn livelihood. Instead, he would always want to spend his time in slumber, indulge in anti social activities and hatch conspiracy to afflict people. A tamo guni would be a sadist to the hilt as far as his persona is concerned.

The disharmony in society and jeopardy to human rights exist because of non impartation of the momentous knowledge of the three modes and the knowledge to live and work in the mode of Satvik Guna(mode of goodness).
