Key to happiness seems to be:

1. Do things you like. So if you like vocations please take them.
2. Express gratitude: be grateful for all the good that is and tell it to yourself. Feel and enjoy it.
3. Find purpose. Don’t just live for making money or responsibilities. Find something purposeful to pursue that has larger meaning than your life and your family’s life. This will help you develop a passion and a rythm and never be bored.

Other things added by the other study:

1. Eat natural as much as u can
2. Live mindfully and be respectful of not just humans but everything and all
3. Live in the moment and don’t think too much about past and future.
