    if I understand correctly, Uddhava Git is the content of the 11th skanda of Srimad Bhagavatam. This is written by Sage Veda Vyasa, who also wrote the epic Mahabharata, which contains Bhagavad Gita. Then how do you state that these two Gitas are written centuries apart? May be few decades, not centuries!!
