The Power of Mindfulness and Stress Reduction:

Dr. Elisha Goldstein, a leader in the field of mindfulness and psychotherapy, synthesizes traditional psychotherapy tools with a progressive integration of mindfulness to achieve mental and emotional wellbeing. In this lecture, he explores tools to transform our habitual patterns that keep us in perpetual cycles of stress, anxiety, depression, or addiction and step into greater freedom and peace. Interactive tools are used, which one can use personally and/ or within a psychotherapy practice.

Further, evolutionary development as well as the neurocognitive facets behind mindfulness are explored.
