But Can we really 𝐓𝐑𝐒𝐧𝐀? Do we really have the power to 𝐓𝐑𝐒𝐧𝐀?

If you answer YES, then a question for you: "Do you know what thought you are going to get in the next minute?

So there is nothing called as πŽπ•π„π‘π“π‡πˆππŠπˆππ†.

We do not choose our thoughts. Thoughts are forced on us...

Experts estimate that we get between 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day. That means around 2500-3300 thoughts per hour.

And we all have the same mind. There is no Overthinking or Underthinking.

It is just being completely unconscious and unaware of our thoughts.

And that's where Meditation plays a major role because it reduces the number of thoughts we get. Because Meditation is about being in the state of consciousness.

Consciousness will help you in making a choice to ignore the thought that is being forced upon you by your mind.

Because you are not your mind, you are not your thoughts..

So what thoughts come to your mind when you read this?
