  • Is Being Vulnerable Good or Bad?

Is it safe to become vulnerable? Don’t you think if people get to know what you are dealing with, they will judge you, and exploit you later?

Someone asked this to me yesterday.

This reminded me of the older version of myself who always wanted to look perfect, fearless, focused, consistent, knowledgeable.

When I came out of that pretentiousness, I was free. I had nothing to hide, I became like an open book, which anyone can read.

Is it useful? Well, I have no idea. I did not expose...  more
  • What excuse you have today?

So what excuse you have today?

This news clip I received today morning from a dear friend shifted something inside me.

IF THERE WAS NO SUFFERING, you would never search for the truth.
It is suffering that goes on impelling you to go beyond it.

It is anguish and agony that finally compels you to SEEK AND SEARCH FOR THE PATH THAT GOES BEYOND SUFFERING AND AGONY, to find a way that reaches to blissfulness and to eternal joy.

Let us use our challenges as a springboard because it is an...  more
  • Rich Thinking vs Poor Thinking

    Rich Thinking vs Poor Thinking:

Another pandemic in India which has following symptoms:

    - I know everything
    - I don’t need coaching
    - Taking help from a professional is too expensive, I would choose to struggle instead

That’s “Rich Thinking vs Poor Thinking”. The symptoms mentioned indicates “Poor Thinking” syndrome.

I was just talking to a friend who is looking to hire some good developers in India, and then I look around and see so many people struggling to get either a...  more
  • Emotional Intelligence: Is It For Me?

Alert: Highly Confronting and Direct Post

“Narendra Modi is the finest Prime Minister India ever got.”

Some will agree and some will disagree with this statement.

Just watch the emotions it triggers inside you:

    - Anger
    - Frustration
    - Hate
    - Ignore Nishant Shukla, he won’t understand
    - Temptation to list down his mistakes
    - Judgement: Howcome someone be so stupid to call him the best PM ever
    - Conclusion: Modi is The Worst PM ever and Nishant is another useless, uneducated...  more
  • Does Time Management and Priorities go hand in hand? Really?

Last week I completed 2 years of entrepreneurship.
And my biggest learning will actually shock many startup founders and entrepreneurs.

I used to believe that hard work is the key. And felt a sense of pride in calling myself a hustler.

What did I get being a hustler?

I had no ME time. On any day, sleeping little more than 4-5 hours would easily take me on the guilt trip.

Weekends or holidays, I was always glued to my laptop. My wife had taken full charge of the house and kids.

    My son...  more
  • Are you driven by your emotions?

I was talking to someone who was proudly saying “I Am A Spiritual Person” 😇

Few minutes of conversation, and he started with how bad Modi is. His hatred was clearly visible.

    Well,

Spirituality is not about reading spiritual books, or meditating.

“It is all about self evolution….”

A spiritually inclined person will never brag about how spiritual he/she is.

Because he/she knows, there is nothing to prove to anyone.

Their lack of self appreciation creates the strong urge to...  more

  • Living in the Glory Of Past?

Funny, But has a profound message, especially for the professionals.
One can’t live in the glory of past.

People get stuck in past, I did this, I did that and what not and how thankless people in my company are that they forgot my contribution.

I always give an example from sports, Sachin Tendulkar was the greatest batsman ever, and still he was kept out of playing squad when he was not in the form.

We got to create the success story every moment.

Are you creating that? Or riding on...  more
  • Do you really have the Free Will?

How many of you agree to this?

A lot of advocates of free thinking do not encourage it in reality. Be it in corporates or in personal life.

We all have this quality btw.

For example, people say that they don’t impose anything on their kids, but at the same time they load the kid with their expectations and beliefs unknowingly.

Do you really have the freedom to make your own choices, without having any fear of anything? Do you really have the free will?

Because we can give that only...  more
  • Are you living in consciousness?

Alert: You may find this post very confrontational, direct.

Especially those who live a mechanical life. Mostly driven by habits, to which they call "this is my nature".

They are running. Don't even know why, to where, and for what. Just running. They are in a hurry.

Ask them why and they say so that I can be happy, or I'm doing it for my family.
They are too attached to the tag of "Being Successful", and there is an underlying fear of loosing it.

While driving, they cross a signal and...  more
  • Celebrate YOU before celebrating any other day

I grew up without my father. I was abandoned by him when I was 3.5 years old for reasons best known to him only.

For years I lived in anger, resentment, frustration and sadness, especially when my friends used to talk about how their father is doing all the things for them.

I though I had no emotions for him. I thought I’m emotionless.

But I had no idea that somewhere deep down subconsciously I missed him. It took a lot of work with my coaches to come out of that spiral of negative...  more

  • Knowing is not enough

People know eating healthy food is good for health.
People know waking up early is good for overall well being.
People know what will help them.
People know what is stopping them.
    People know almost everything.

For what they don't know, Google and YouTube are there.
