That which blows is air,
That which flows is water,
That which burns is fire,
That which supports is earth,
That which has them all is space.
Now this space is supported by mind, mind indeed has existence of space within it.
Everything starting from one's own body to infinite outside is within space and that space is within mind.
That which has thoughts or notion of space, this or that, of various desiresable and non desiresable things is mind,
Mind has its support on memories,
That which has impressions of experienced are memories,
That which discriminates between thoughts owing to help of memory is intellect.
Hence memories and mind has their support in intellect.
Now the description of truth,
That one light, which never stops shining, that when shines intellect shines and does discrimination, that when shines mind shines with thoughts, that when shines various colours and forms shines via eyes,
That when shines dream world comes up,
That when shines memory shines and is recalled,
That when shines in deep sleep blankness or nothingness is experienced.
This light does not stops shining, it is direct and ever existent, it is bliss and is support of all.
It is everything, everything is but this light, names and forms with everything are just appearance and disappearance in this very light which is called awareness.
It is self which is away from ego, which is resultant of mind intellect working together.
It is self which is pure, which is infinite sky of awareness, in which everything comes up.
This light does no admits duality,
Ignorance persists in intellect,
Duality then persists in mind,
Delusion occurs to senses,
Body then suffers.
Hence,
When rejection of universe and of one's own self which is ego is done, what is left is just light called awareness, it is highest goal.
It is everything, it is all, all is it.
This very self is beyond triad of experience, experiencer and experinced being one's own self it is imprescriptible but direct, unmoving but immediate.

Our mind has two functions. It sustains life and makes choices. Our Choice Making Mind (CMM) exists in 351 versions. Think of it like a human software operating system that operates our nervous and hormonal (endocrine) systems, which, in turn operate the rest of us and take all our decisions. You can also think of it as 351 versions of your mindset. We use one version at a time and these tend to change every 30-40 days, depending on our environment and our resolve.
Everything we do we, we do use our Attention and Energy. In fact your attention and energy are the two sides of the same coin. You choices follow your attention at the level of your mind, and your actions use energy at the level of your body.
If you pay more attention to your emotions, your energy gets wasted in excessive feelings or over thinking. This can also lead to illness. This automatically reduces the energy available for learning, discipline, problem-solving etc. On the other hand, if you give more attention and energy to learning and problem solving, you automatically manage your emotions and thinking better.
The Attention and Energy balance shows how much of your energy and attention is dominated by cognitive functions like learning, discipline, problem solving and how much is be stuck in over thinking, compulsive patters and emotional overflows.
