Rich Thinking vs Poor Thinking

LeadershipSelf-Realization

Rich Thinking vs Poor Thinking:

Another pandemic in India which has following symptoms:

- I know everything
- I don’t need coaching
- Taking help from a professional is too expensive, I would choose to struggle instead

That’s “Rich Thinking vs Poor Thinking”. The symptoms mentioned indicates “Poor Thinking” syndrome.

I was just talking to a friend who is looking to hire some good developers in India, and then I look around and see so many people struggling to get either a job or a good growth.

While they might be good technically, but may not have that mojo and their mindset becomes a big hurdle.

They choose to go for rejections after rejections instead of taking a pause and looking at what inside them need to shift to be able to get that breakthrough.

Many of those who are working, they look for company sponsored programs.

Companies offer programs which are mostly checklist driven. So despite undergoing various programs, they are not even aware of their own emotions.

Unemployment is on rise and so does the gap in demand and supply.

Startups struggling to get good talent.

So how to fill the gap?

Atleast get an awareness of where do you stand!!

Not just functionally but on Personal Development front as well.

The gap is a person with Poor Thinking, struggling to become Rich, (btw, Rich is nothing only just monetarily, but also refers to Richness of life)

With a “Poor Thinking” mindset, can someone expect to get results?
