Get the scriptures and literatures which are authority for these subjects such as Gita upnishads prakarna Granthas,
Having these only, research and read them atleast twice,
Meditate on its meaning by the help of learned and honest, straight forward person,
Don't believe anyone excluding scriptures which are authority but welcome there views,
Be firmly focused,
Have will tall and strong has shivling mountain,
Be firmly rooted to practices,
Continue the journey experiencing various spheres of revealation in one's owns self,
Never stop,
Something truthful earned share it to the one asking,

After reading and researching scriptures, move on to be totally independent,
