Spirit's message right now. For all of us who are challenged with staying in the present moment, this is your reminder to find the breath. The breath is always there. There is nothing to fear in the breath. There is no guilt, no shame, no anger in the breath. There is no past or future in the breath; there is only the present...the NOW. When your mind races with thought, find the breath. Seek out the breath instead of the thought. Bring the awareness back to your body in the present.

    Breath is just a medium used to get mind into stable state true, which is helpful for fruther concentration and direct realisation.

    True there is no guilt and no shame, no anger IN? not the breath but the goal which is to be achieved via breath that is realisation of supreme truth.
