When everything reveals itself as brahman the supreme truth, which is self not the one who is indentified with body and mind but with indentitlessness,

It does not means one won't act nor it means one would then desire which leads to actions,

Moreover,
The above two does not appears apart from Brahman, which is self.

Hence the saying,
Nothing but Truth in everything in all.

The self is truth in everything, in all, in every activity or in inactivity as well.

The self is truth, truth is self, self is Brahman and you are that, not body or mind or any impressions attached to both, but both are indeed self for they appear in it as superimpositions such is realization.
