Transcendence

Meditation BasicsMeditative TraditionsMeditation PracticesScience and MeditationMindful Meditation and MovementMindfulness PracticesSensory ConsciousnessMindfulness Treatments & Therapies Awakening of ConsciousnessWisdom and Experience

When a desire rises in you, know that what bliss or happiness or pleasure mind is looking for is bliss of Brahman mistaken in activity thus concluding that desire is mere superimposition due to ignorance of not knowing Brahman.

When pain strikes you, know that you are Brahman actually, devoid of pain, bliss and calmness by nature, thus reject the pain, suffering as mere superimposition due to ignorance of not knowing Brahman.

Being such, seeker should reject both, pleasure and pain, being just same in both conditions he or she must continuously abide in Brahman the one supreme truth, enjoying bliss absolute, devoid of anything, same everywhere, infinite in nature, existence itself.

Hence this is the only transcendence , that comes with unbreaking practice to well learned and dedicated seeker, thus knowing Brahman, he or she becomes it.
