The Wonderful Health Benefits Of Ashwagandha


Ashwagandha, literally translating as ‘the smell of horse’, is a rasayan known to confer strength and virility according to the ancient science of Ayurveda. It has been used since atleast 6000 BC in India, as an adaptogen, a herb that helps the body cope with various forms of stress as well as a nervine tonic to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia and even sexual dysfunction.

    Very true, Ashwagandha is very useful Plant, it is one plant which is easily available too, with Ashwagandha, Neem is another thing which is easily available and can be adopted to cure multiple problems for example: Acidity of stomach, blood purification etc.

    Talking of Insomina too, Brahmi is one plant which is also easily available, does really helps in treating of the same plus it is an aid to anxiety & depression as well since it induces sleep.
